Practice aptitude thoroughly — especially probability, ratios, and logical reasoning. For coding, solve easy to medium problems on GeeksforGeeks and HackerRank. Be well-versed in every skill you list on your resume, especially web development concepts if you have web projects. For HR, study Barclays' five core values deeply: Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship — frame your answers around real-life examples tied to these values.
General Advice
Be genuine in every round. For the HR round, do not memorize scripted answers — instead, build a real backstory around your experiences and map them to Barclays values. If you don't know something in the technical round, say so honestly rather than giving a half-baked answer that opens the door to a spiral of follow-up questions. Research the company beforehand, especially what Barclays does as a financial institution.
