Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Engineer, Full Stack Developer to join our Cloud Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET / Java, coupled with knowledge or hands-on experience in AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
In this role, you will design, build, and optimize cloud-native applications and services, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Database, Engineering, and Cloud Operations to deliver solutions that empower our talent management platform.
In this role you will…
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET / Java
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth delivery through automation and DevOps best practices
- Leverage AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito, etc.) to build scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
- Explore and integrate AWS AI/ML capabilities into applications to drive innovation
- Collaborate with cloud engineers, QA, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Write and maintain SQL and NoSQL queries, schemas, and stored procedures as required
- Participate in peer code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and cloud engineering best practices
